When your machine is down, you do not need a contact form and a 24-hour callback window. You need to reach a mechanic who can tell you right now how fast he can get to your site, and whether you are looking at a quick field fix or a major in-shop overhaul.
Call or text Robert directly. He answers. If he is mid-repair when you call, he will get back to you as fast as possible – usually within the hour.

What to Have Ready When You Call
The faster you can describe the situation, the faster Robert can tell you when he can arrive for a field diagnosis, and whether your machine likely needs a quick on-site fix or a heavier in-shop repair.
When you call, it helps to have:
Equipment brand and model (e.g. Bobcat S590, Toyota 8FGU25, JLG 1255)
What the machine is doing – or not doing
Your location – job site address, warehouse name, or city
Whether the machine is safe to operate until we arrive or completely down
You do not need to have all of this. A brand and a symptom is enough to start the conversation.
